The Appalachian Chapter serves Anderson County Tennessee including Oak Ridge, Oliver Springs, Clinton and Lake City.  The Chapter is centrally located in the historical, hidden City of Oak Ridge and provides services to more than 180,000 people.  The Red Cross is NOT a government agency; all Red Cross assistance is given free of charge, made possible by the generous contribution of people's time, money, and skills.
